Meiling, was born and raised in China; she moved to USA at age 16 in 2007. She started her massive background of Chinese writing of the Chinese news on Tencent QQ over the course of her high school and college years, from reporting on local general Chicago news, to interviewing well-known celebrities, such as; John legend, Patrick Stewart, Daniel Craig, Ian Somerhalder, etc. She gained popularity and recognition in the Chinese language world with typically 100,000 to 500,000 hits per news story. She passionately founded Studio Meiling Productions, LLC after graduating from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor degree in Broadcast Journalism. She and her team produced and completed one season of a Chicago-based sitcom Chop Chop TV Show, which was premiered on Comcast early 2017. Besides, her passion in Journalism and video production, Meiling also is passionate about fashion and social media marketing. With over 8 years of modeling background, she started social media influencing with a unique fashion and lifestyle niche. And has worked on many social media campaigns with brands such as Akira, Nordstrom, Shein, BooHoo, and other well-known brands. She continues to expand into new markets with new marketing strategies.
