I'm GiGi, a former competitive snowboarder and horseback rider that has since become a popular allergen-friendly cook with a masters in Nutrition Communications. However, prior to obtaining my master's degree, I got my broadcast journalism degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and even worked as the 3 am weather girl at Denver's ABC affiliate. After realizing those hours were the pits, I moved to Los Angeles, where I currently live, and started a humorous weekly blog and YouTube channel called GiGi Eats Celebrities. This blog and YouTube channel is a place where people with diet concerns, as my own enthusiasm stems from my own severe diet-related problems (crohn's disease, celiac disease, ulcerative colitis, IBS and no large intestine), can get advice (such as traveling with food intolerances) along with allergen-friendly recipes that everyone can enjoy. As an avid fitness enthusiast, a self-proclaimed extreme eater (I can eat 6 pounds of salmon in one sitting, no joke) and a rather blunt and light-heartedly vulgar diehard foodie, I have been told that I am proof you can educate and inform as well as entertain all at the same time!

I am GiGi Eats, a lifestyle and food influencer who specializes in deliciously humorous and informative content about health and nutrition, with a touch of travel and fitness on the side. I create both long-form and short-form videos, along with blog posts that involve my quirky and authentic approach to wellness and eating habits, particularly focusing on high-quality, nourishing foods like salmon.
I’ve collaborated with brands like Hungryroot, which aligns with my passion for high-quality ingredients and innovative food experiences. I've also highlighted my favorites from @allfreshseafood and regularly rave about my go-to seafood dealer, @yamaseafood, directly connecting my love for quality seafood to my audience.
My audience is composed mostly of females aged 25-34, particularly those who are interested in food, wellness, and lifestyle content. They are primarily based in major cities across the US, Philippines, and Brazil, but my fanbase spans multiple continents, showcasing my global reach.
I'm based in Los Angeles, and while I weave travel into my content when it aligns with my passions for health and food, my primary focus remains food and lifestyle. That being said, I still keep my content grounded in the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, exploring what the city has to offer and occasionally venturing on foodie journeys beyond.
