As someone with a background in sports who is on the go a lot I've found a great deal of my creative fulfillment in finding ways to celebrate movement and feel at home in my body wherever I am. Whether its gymnastics, running, weightlifting, playing a show or making easy meals and snacks to sustain me through long days, I believe in sharing every good thing with others.
